Went to Arby’s on Newberry Rd and got the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. This is normally my favorite sandwich and the only thing I buy from Arby’s. I was literally given a sandwich with 2 half slices of meat on it!!! When I spoke with the manager, he refused to fix it and made excuses. Will never patronize Arby’s again!!! Not to mention waiting for 20 minutes in the drive Thru before even ordering.

Great service. Very polite and professional. I was the only person in the drive through, food was ready quickly, warm, and most importantly, presentable. The staff member working the window went above and beyond the expected customer service level I expect at all places. I will definitely return to this store and I recommend this location to everyone.

Never going back! The place was clean and the staff was great. After not being for a while decided to go. No potato cakes any more, the roast beef was worse the expired dollar store. It is not the thin sliced fresh roast beef they used to have. My wife's chicken sandwich was 2 day old gas station food. Whatever corporate has changed is in the wrong direction.

The manager on duty this evening was very argumentative when I called to bring to her attention how the employees are speaking to customers through the drive through. I ordered 6 roast beef sandwiches and was greeted with a response of "we don't have enough roast" not clear on what she was saying I replied "I'm sorry?" Then the person on the speaker says "what does this lady not understand" I understand there is a labor shortage but settling for less than quality employees should not be the new standard. I would rather the location close early than have employees and managers speaking to customers this way ruining the company brand and reputation. I will never allow people to handle my food that are obviously this disgruntled with their place of employment. Lost a customer for life. Update to add: I went to a different location and happened to share my feedback and was not surprised to hear her say I was the 2nd customer this evening that came to their location complaining about this location's customer service. Sounds like changes are needed.

It was ok. Practically threw my bag at me. Guess they were in a hurry. Forgot my 3 orders of mac n cheese and one of my gyros. But rest of order was good.

The staff here was quite pleasant and let me know my food was taking a little longer since it was being cooked at that moment. I would recommend the lunch shift here during the week.

Ok they are open to start with... very friendly and nice staff. Food was better than most Arby's. Very clean place, ofcource still has the new smell to it... It has the usual Arby's stuff. Concidering the location it might be a better option than other fair around the area. And as per a previous reviews about hobos living in the back that is simply not true, see the pics.

I really like Arby's, but this one was a real trip! We drove up to order at the drive through. One beef slider for my dog, one Turkey Bacon Ranch for my friend, and one Ruben sandwich for me with two small Diet Dr. Peppers. We drove back to our hotel. The sodas were right, the dog's slider was right, but my Ruben had no sauerkraut and the Turkey sandwich was a chicken sandwich of some sort. I called them and was told to bring them back, so we did. They gave us two new sandwiches. You'd think problem solved, right? Guess again. When I picked them up, I asked the cashier if they were made correctly. She responded that she watched them make the sandwiches herself. So we drove back to the hotel. When we got settled back into the room, we opened our sandwiches. My Ruben was fine, but my friend's Turkey Bacon Ranch contained zero Turkey. It had two strips of bacon, lettuce, a half slice of cheddar cheese,, and ranch dressing. Don't waste your time here, unless you're going to dine in, so they can correct their errors.
