Zaxby's

I love this place during the daytime. It’s easily my favorite Zaxby’s in Gainesville. However, the night shift people suck. My food was all the dried out leftovers from the day—barely warmed up. And their professionalism was awful. I don’t expect a lot of professionalism from fast food employees, but these people were over the top. They were messing around a lot, this one girl was yelling at the others about having to do everything herself, and they dropped the f bomb so many times—all right in front of me, a paying customer. It was so bad that I have no desire to come back at night, but I do still love going at the day time.

This has to be the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. I came on Saturday, May 28 at 2 pm to be exact (so whoever you have working at that time should be reprimanded). I ordered a #2 meal, which consisted of tiny little shreds of chicken. These were not whole chicken strips and looked nothing like the strips I've had at other Zaxby's locations. On top of it, they give me no napkins or utensils because apparently they believe I should eat coleslaw with my hands and wipe my hands on my t-shirt. I was also in a rush to eat it quickly and get back on the road so couldn't even go back to ask for that. Thanks for making this a miserable experience

My first time here... The cashier took my order messing up by charging me for meals instead of sandwiches. Then after "correcting" the order and waiting 4 minutes, she comes over and tells me she typed in a wrong sandwich, then tells me those in the kitchen made the right sandwich anyway.... Hands me a bag of food. I don't trust her, so I look in the bag and it's someone else's order. Instead of an apology, when I said something about it. I got "where did you get that from?" I said you gave it to me. After 2 minutes of looking stupid, she then realizes my order is sitting in front of her, bagged up. The food tasted good... Not likely I'll ever come back and I've already told others of this experience.

Picture of the “chicken club” Ordered for “curbside pickup” and got there to no curbside pickup and no lobby to pick up my ordered which I had already paid for. So I called. I called 13 times. No one answered. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I couldn’t even get a refund unless I waited in the line. The girls working couldn’t be bothered to ask for the name on my order or say any thing other than “let me get the drink.” One girl was just standing there, scrolling on her cellphone, one taking orders, and one handing them out. Only the one putting orders into the computer was wearing a mask. My drink was incorrect and this was the “sandwich” I received. Not even worse the hassle of going back since I’d just have to wait in line again to get my money back. This is worse than McDonald’s quality and worse than McDonald’s service. Absolutely pitiful.

Saturday the 4th around 2:pm went to Zaxby's to get lunch with my wife and talk to the manager why they weren't taking our order and the excuse was we're too busy to take your order there??? Was 10 people in line and a backup outside in they're not taking orders cuz they're too busy isn't that what a business is supposed to be, is busy. And the manager was rude about it. Hay if your too busy I don't think she needs to be in the business needs to be fired, sent home, packing!!! Find somebody who can do the job. Not turning away customers just because you were to busy.

Drive thru experience has been trashy lately. Especially that rude young man. Food isn't hot, they cut tenders up or boneless wings and don't even telling you, and 9/10 someone has an attitude while taking your order. My kids ask to stop here when in Gainesville but I'll pass on this one Especially after this past weekend's shenanigans.
