Not an uplifting experience. Few people dining in. The interior is kept old school which is not a bad thing at all. Overall experience was not the best at least when considering other competitor out there (Chic-fil-a, McDonald, etc.).

This is one of the better KFC locations because they make your food fresh. I am not a big fan of KFC because many of the locations I’ve been to serve bland and terrible tasting food but this location makes their chicken delicious especially the chicken sandwiches. Ahh the smell of fresh cooked chicken.

The person working the front on 3/12 around 1130 am was bar none the most positive and inspiring person I've met working a job. My family was tired from a road trip, and super hungry. He took a regular trip to a chain restaurant and helped make it fun for me and my family. The meal, as he said it would be, was great, and you know what? I will definitely be back.

Super fast service at KFC in Gainesville. My teenage boys devored the fried chicken and mac n cheese. 🍗
They have been known for their famous recipe of 11 herbs and spices for a very long time now but that mac n cheese sure does taste like Stouffers. 🤔

I get sent here to pickup food for others every few weeks. Always polite and helpful staff. Can't speak to the quality of the food personally, but since i keep getting sent back i guess it's pretty good.

We ordered an eight piece meal here today, with two sides. Everything was fine. Four vehicles in line ahead of us, and we spent less than seven minutes from the time the order was placed at the pedestal to the time she handed it to us through the window. I do not see the problems here that people keep referencing. The food was good and the service was good. What more do you want?

Everytime I frequent this KFC, Eric in the drive-thru is always curtious and professional. It's difficult to find great personalities like this. Hope he's getting compensated for his outstanding service.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday around noon with no wait, which is typical at this location. Greeted after about 30/45 seconds of looking at the board trying to decide what we wanted. Friendly and attentive staff for the most part. Food was hot, fresh and tasted great! Pretty happy with the experience, only reason not a 5 star was because the pickup counter and floor around the soda machine was sticky from a few spilled drinks. Customer service was very good overall as we ate in and witnessed other customers being taken care of.
