The food was ok, didn't feel as crispy and done as I would want. They forgot my order, so had to inform them I was still waiting. It's in the mall, so atmosphere is the best it can be.

Literally the only downside of this location is that it’s inside the mall. Honestly, the day this location moves out the mall will finally collapse on itself and raise like a phoenix from the ashes into its final form. Another Shands branch.

I was sooo disappointed, I couldn't eat it ,the chicken was stringy and color was off. I'm Noy picky eater but nope, mac and cheese wasn't much better. Hoping it's a one time thing but I'll be afraid to try again Service was excellent, friendly staff so polite.

Fast friendly service and attention to detail. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They are usually very busy at noon meal times. I would suggest ordering through the app outside first before approaching the pickup area. The app for Chick does not work well inside the mall. You can also use the handy pickup service in numbered parking sites outside the food court .

Nothing bad to say about Chik Fil A. I had the spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese. Oh man, it was delish. Lots of people always. Went on a road trip and ordered another one. Way to go Chik Fil A.
