Max & Erma's

Waited 45 min for a seat and although there were booths and we told them several times we could fit in those booths they made us wait. after a family our size were seated but came after us, we left. UPDATE I spoke to the manager James Moore. and my family and I were invited to give Max and Erma's another chance. First of all I must way how wonderful of a person James was on the phone and in person. He explained to me the reason we waited so long was because the girl in charge was in training and it was literally her first day. Now concerning the restaurant I was extremely pleased by the overall experience. The food was wonderful, tasty and filling. Our waitress Kaitlyn was very friendly and checked on us several time to make sure everything was to our expectations. The tables were clean as well as the restrooms. I particularly was impressed by the Cheese Skewers and their cheesecakes!! Will definitely be back to try more items on their menu. Most importantly, I am glad that Max and Erma's was willing to correct my previous bad experience that I had with them and I look forward to come back again!

Food was fantastic and our server was awesome. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful food experience. 9/30/2019 Just had lunch with you folks again today and I have to say very disappointed. Food was par at best I finished my sandwich before my cheesy bacon fries came out and when I say I finished my sandwich it was gone for 8 minutes before I got my fries. Sandwich was dry and we order a bowl of French onion soup and a bowl of tortilla soup we got two bowls of French onion and no tortilla soup. My wife try to say something to our waitress and got ignored. I had to ask for a refill after waiting for 6 minutes for her to even come back out. Our server was Camisha table 53/1. If I could rate her service 0-10 she would get a .5 and I hate to do or say that but damn.

My wife and her 2 sisters enjoyed our experience their. Our server was nice and the food came out fresh and tasty. I would definitely go again! If you download their app, you get 6 free cookies. Also on Tuesdays, kids eat free with every adult entree purchased. Not many places left where you can feed 4 people with tip for under $30. Great deals!!!

First my mom and I were seated in an area that was very loud with a large party. My mom is older and asked for a quieter seat. Our waitress was amazing!!! She gave us a new seat and talked so down to earth with us through our whole visit !!! Her name on my receipt is Shay. She gave us recommendations and a very pleasant visit!!! I wish all servers gave customer service as she did !!!

Typically have great experiences with all Max & Erma's but this trip was not. My husband ordered the garbage burger medium well, it was more rare than anything! They did comp the meal and offer a replacement but we had already waited 45 minutes for the first one. We didn't have enough time to wait for another! This was at 3 in the afternoon so they were not busy. Very disappointed this time!

Horrible customer service. We stood at the host stand for 10 minutes as the hostess walked by looking confused. When we did get seated the waitress explained this wasnt her area but she would take care of us. I got the garbage burger and that was a bad choice I guess. The bun was burnt and the fries was cold. We also go the nachos as an appetizer and it was undercooked with the cheese not melted. It was gross. I will never go there again.
