Watched this team handle an entire bus group and quickly feed over 30 people. We're in line behind expected a disaster. Didn't wait more than 3 minutes for our 4 person order. Team was fast friendly and honestly care about people.

I don't usually write reviews but I've been through the drive thru multiple times at this location and have been given the wrong order several times. Today I went through and my sandwich looked like it was sitting in grease for hours and not the club sandwich I ordered. This is my last time coming here for awhile.

Waited in line 30 minutes for cold, hard, dry food. Absolutely ridiculous and corporate will be notified.
Also, fiance couldn’t even eat his sandwich because it was so spicy and he loves spicy food.

Since the new Bo’s chicken sandwich came out I’m not quite sure how to order one that has lettuce and tomatoes. I think I can ask for the Bo’s chicken sandwich BLT. That’s what I did at this location. The sandwich was delicious.

Staff was super friendly. Food was great temp and delicious My cup had a leak but they cleaned up mess and gave me a new cup. Cuddles to the young lady mak8ng those delicious biscuits

I came through your drive through on hyatt st. Tonight 4-30-2022 between 6:15 & 6:30 . I ordered the 20 pieces meal the girl taking my order started to tell me about the 10 free gas card but before she could get past saying 10 a girl in the background started screaming don't tell it she don't want it. So she didn't tell me about it . So I guess that tells you everything about this location you need to know . There employees won't give the customers the deals because they want to keep the free 10 gas cards for there selfs. God only knows how many people they have did this 2 to get free gas for there selfs. A bunch of thieves at this location. Go somewhere else where you get honest employees. I did give yall a 5 star but because of this I changed it to 1 star if I could I wouldn't have gave a the 1 star. Bad employees being like this will bring your business down...
