The food is OK. The restaurant itself is pretty run down looking inside. It needs a "refresh/upgrade." Just looks dark, dingy and old.

Good food, and great service 👌 A truly great experience for ant meal time. 😋 Always greeted and thanked, my favorite 😍 place to eat whether Drive thru or dine in.... Foods are fresh to order and the employees treat you like family 👪 ❤️

Usually friendly staff. Usually fast service. Order ahead with the app is great and about 50% wait even when ordering a couple hours in advance, which is disappointing. I feel like if I give 2 hours notice, you should have my food hot and fresh at the time I ordered ahead for. Breakfast is spotty at this location. Sometimes it's super fast and fresh, sometimes it's slow and stale. Overall, I like it, and I appreciate the early hours since I have to be at work at 6am and my only other option is McDonald's. I will say though... If there were other restaurants open that early, I would tank Jack's lower. They get bonus points for being open so early. Less points for quality. But overall, I usually enjoy this location, convenience, and (mostly) friendly staff. They're also usually prompt in the mornings. I just feel like sometimes I'm getting leftovers. I will continue to go. I appreciate everyone working in these hard times! But there could be some improvements. No more heat lamp fries please!!!!
