It's a Chipotle so you know the food is constantly good. Love the new brisket burrito! The only downfall to this Chipotle is that it's so damn busy and crowded. Don't even attempt to go there once school lets out.....disastrous long lines with stupid drivers everywhere. Good quality food though, great customer service.

I love Chipotle. In my opinion, it's one of the healthiest fast food places to eat. I would like to offer a suggestion to anybody going, which would to look on the app before purchasing. The app has different combinations, like love style bowls, that can be friendly to your diet such as keto.
I also like the fact that Chipotle does their best to source their food from responsible farms.
This location is a great place to eat if you're hungry!

Can't order a quesadilla in the store. Could have before about a month ago. I would order online but I can't just get a side of rice and beans there. It's a recent change i assume due to management not wanting to pay to replace equipment. This was a weekly stop because the kids have sports. Gonna have to find an alternative.
Staff always friendly and quick. Food is what you would expect, no complaints there.

While the flavor of the food was consistent with the quality offered at most chain locations, the Chipotle at Maple Lawn was lacking in portion size and accuracy of online/app orders. In attempts to fulfill orders quickly, they seem to disregard the order details such as requests for extra portions of either meat ($$ charge) and/or toppings. Not a good value or experience. When calling the store to discuss my dissatisfaction I was unable to speak to a live person, routed through automated voice message service only. I suggest avoiding patronizing this Chipotle unless you're ordering in person so that you can oversee how your entree is prepared. So disappointing.

Poor service. Went in after peak hours with no one in line. Employees going about their business acknowledging that I’m standing in line but not attending to me or notifying that someone is waiting to be served. Stand there for like 10 min and another customer comes in to pick up an online order and they serve her first. Finally someone attends to my order. Finally go to pay and the cashier makes me wait to prepare yet another online order. When notified she goes in the back to find someone else to ring me up. Poor service, poor prioritization,l of duties, poor work flow. Would give zero stars if I could. Lazy. If that’s how you manage customers when there’s no one in line, what do you think it’s like at peak lunch or dinner hours?

If you’re ordering at the counter the place is pretty consistently good food quality is always about the same; however do not order ahead of time on the app because they will without a doubt absolutely mess up your order. The entire time I’ve been frequenting thing this establishment I’ve never once had an online order go correctly. On the plus side to counteract the lack of confidence for whoever does online orders they are always pretty quick at turning customers around once you get in line

I had ordered through Uber Eats and when i got my order it was totally messed up. It ain’t even look like it was half the food I ordered. And it cost $30🤦🏽♀️

Why is the mobile ordering so bad on almost every Chipotle. There's like 20 people here waiting God knows how long. It's been 20 minutes for me so far. Faster to just get in line, lesson learned. App uninstalled.
