Chicken Express

I have never had an issue here. They are quick and accurate. If for some reason they don’t have what you ordered available, they move you up so you don’t keep the drive through line waiting (it only happens when I order wings). If you only order a drink (I like their sweet tea) they usually just bring it to you and take payment, give you your card or change back if needed, and you are on your way. My husband and I love the food. They have only made a mistake once and the problem was resolved within a few minutes. This was the BEST experience when it comes to resolving an incorrect order. The manager and all of the employees are great. I highly recommend them. They also have a student special.

The food is pretty good but not the best value compared to other fast food options in the area. Service times are inconsistent as they can sometimes be very slow which is hard to deal with on a short lunch break. I have also had problems with an incorrect drive through order but they did make amends on another visit.

Closed at 9:52 pm. Rushed across town to get some chicken at this location for the first time. Rolled up to window to make sure I didn't have the wrong time. Entire staff pretended not to see me. Watched them dump entire trays of chicken while I sat there. Took me a couple minutes to formulate a new dinner plan. Quickly drove to Hong Kong express, they were closed, it was 10:01. Next time, I'll just go straight to Hong Kong. They close at the time posted and don't pretend they don't see you. They probably would have fired the grill up even but I'm not that kind of patron. *edit* 😂🤣big surprise, they're no longer in business

Hated it. Went there for lunch today ordered 2 fish fillet order to go.Waited 10 min and when asked if it was ready, I was told it will be 10 min more wait. I cancelled my order. The manager did not give me my refund receipt.I had to ask and he gave me a duplicate receipt.I expect fast food to be served fast.My order was not processed like their name suggests-Express!Never going back again!
