I was totally grossed out. Thought I would give them one more chance but it was worst than last experience. Waited 30 minutes for a table only 5 tables were taken the rest were full of dirty dishes. Once seated the silverware looked like they wiped it off and not washed still food on it and the water glasses were dirty too. After 15-20 mintutes waiting for waitress to come back she took the dirty silverware and gave me new ones and left quickly. The second set was dirtier than the first…just gross we walked out never to return. This place is just dirty and disgusting waitress had sweat dripping off her face on the floor next to us and wouldn’t be surprised if it got in our drinks. They are so , dirty and understaffed. Even the bathrooms were gross. I would give it negative stars if I could. Management read your reviews and make changes if you want to survive.

I’m telling this service here is so BAD. We came in and sat down, we had ordered our drinks and then ordered our food shortly after. We had waited 30-40 minutes until our food had came. My family and I won’t be becoming back. The crepes had so much strawberry on them, I could barely taste the crepe itself. The hash browns are extremely dry, and the sausages taste half raw. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Well let’s start off by saying the store hours need to be updated because I came here last night and they were closed. Today I had to wait a long time before someone greeted me and then I ordered Togo. I waited forever for my order to then ask for someone to check on it and they plated it for dine-in. They still gave me the food that was sitting there & just boxed it up. So unhappy about this experience.

Horrible service, cannot manage their customers. I get it you are low of staff but with a little more organization that can be managed. They said it will take 5 minutes to get the table and i got one after 40 mins. They said I will send your server right out and the server came to me after 20 mins. They took the order and wrote everything down and still got the order wrong and don't even bring everything at once. I go to the bathroom with my kid before we could start eating and we come back to an empty table. They take forever to bring the food but they take less than 5 minutes to pick up full plates.

Has a major fly problem, house and fruit flies (emphasis on the fruit flies) EVERYWHERE. They first sat us in a small booth and we noticed the wall next to us was absolutely covered in fruit flies. They moved us over to another table but they were still flying everywhere, even landing in my friends hair. Our food took a long time and we know for a fact flies we’re on our food before it got to us. There are fruit fly traps on top of the pictures in the dining rooms. If it’s bad in the dining room I don’t want to imagine the kitchen, please go to a different location.
