New favorite burger place! My husband and I have come 3 times in about as many weeks (we don’t eat out much so that’s a lot). The burgers and dogs are made to order, and the build-your-own menu is quite allergy friendly. The gluten free bun is excellent, the sweet potato fries are perfectly prepared, and the prices are very reasonable!

Good burger, okay fries and weak service. 4.5 stars on the burgers. 3.6 stars in the fries. 3 stars on service. 0 stars for the state of the bathroom. I was thinking of giving the location 4 stars based on the burgers and fries. The counter service was okay though they seemed like they had another place they would have rather been. On the other hand grill cook making the burgers was excellent. The bathroom though was gross and should probably have had an out of service sign and been under repair. Not sure if I'll go to this location again, though I'll most likely have another burger from this chain.

Unfortunately this has to be the worst experience I've had here. I actually thought I was saving time by ordering online but instead it took even longer plus the order was wrong. I ordered dinner at 7:15 and said it would be ready by 7:50, no problem I still had errands to run. I get there at 7:50 and the order wasn't ready, they were out of chicken tenders and we were missing fries. My kids and I have been coming to this location since it opened years ago. They could've at least told me when they knew I was there for a online order. Nope, they told me when I was looking through my order. Completely disappointed with this visit!
