After eating some sushi literally in the same complex, it was an easy stop to walk over and get boba for dessert! Unfortunately, when we went they were out of ALL the popping boba. I usually prefer tapioca anyways, but hopefully that gets fixed soon. I got a taro milk tea, but I think the worker misheard me and I got a smoothie instead. Not a huge deal, but when you’re a reviewer you pay attention to how well the BUSINESS pays attention, and another in my party got the wrong drink too… Nonetheless, the smoothie was good. I am a huge fan of taro, and I think it goes best with tapioca pearls. The boba itself was pretty decent. If I wanted to be really picky I’d say it was a tad too hard, but overall it was still very satisfying!

Boba and teas are great here…the issue? Ordered online pick up and was asked to skip the long line…waited there for someone to even acknowledge me holding while holding my 2 yr old until I interrupted asking if our order was ready since I’m standing at “online order” pick up area…rolled eyes and just grabbed my already made bag and handed it over

Ok so what is the deal with asking for tip each time a customer is rung up. Tip is something you dont ask for and is incentivized for a good job done. But again, are we to tip for u ringing us up? I really don’t get it. Also, its awkward for you to put customers in that spot. If this doesn’t change, you will lose many customers. I hope the owner is compensating these workers according to the market rate. Finally, what is the dim light situation in this place? It looks depressing.
