Bae and I came here to study. It was a good vibe. This is a busy location so it was hard for us to study. When we walked in, we noticed our table was dirty so we went to get napkins but there was none. Bae asked for some and the employees were busy so they said they would get to it when they had a chance . 4 hours later they hadn’t refilled it. It was super busy the whole time; however, refilling napkins was still not done. There is also a code for the restrooms. Overall good experience. We ended up moving outside to the table and it was a lot quieter and easier for me to get work done. I believe we just went at the wrong time of the day 😊

When I showed up the workers seemed like they were somber and unbothered by me being there. I ordered pumpkin bread and a PSL with some extras added on. I was handed the pumpkin bread while I was paying and it was still inside the plastic wrapping. After arriving home and giving my girlfriend her drink, she discovered that it was wrong and just did not taste good at all. Y’all work at a coffee kiosk, it’s not glamorous but cmon.. y’all can do better than this.

Drinks are made well, and service is good, but time management is poor. Last few times I've come to this location there has been an extended wait today's wait was roughly 25 minutes in the drive through. I have waited an hour to receive my drink, while inside earlier this year. I deal with it since it's the nearest location but this is getting out of hand
