Starbucks

I usually come here to get hw done for school. It’s a nice location and helps me keep focus. I was gone for the summer so I wasn’t aware they removed the outlets from the customers. I was really disappointed when I came in today. Because I can only guess why they removed them. Not from the “student paying customers”. But perhaps for a populations they feel should not be in their store. Yes my drink was good, but the disservice they had about what “type” of people they want there was disheartening. I’m a graduate student in counseling. We had just discussed the other day about discrimination towards people who fall under the poverty line. Homeless people are still people. And if they paid for their drink, they should be allowed to be inside enjoying and cooling off. And hell if they want to charge their devices that they do have they have the right to.

Great service, private, large and always well kept bathroom. They are always quick when there's been a mistake, to fix it, and with my experiences, it's always been by them giving a free drink and/or offer a ventí (large) if you had originally had a tall. I'm also very aware of how they are fair and compassionate to every customer, including local transients. They are a light in Tower District. Thank you

Hands down the best Starbucks in the area. There is an amazing vibe here and it all starts with the manager and her staff. I spend time almost daily and alot of the time I just order an ice water and sit an hour or two and use there WiFi. It doesn't matter who a person is, it could be a business person dressed incredibly or a homeless person in dirty clothes, they will treat you the same respect, care, and dignity.

I come here every morning for coffee. Today I asked the cashier for the restroom code. she looks at me with a smirk on her face and says "restrooms are for customers only" I then say "ok? I am a customer" Her response was "well I haven't helped you" little girl I've been sitting in your coffee shop for 30 min..Pay attention to your surroundings and appreciate every customer.

First off they open 15 to 20 late which made me late for my job. Some people work on Sundays. To my amazement it appeared to be the owner that was there helping open . I was surprised because I would think if the owner was there they would make sure to be on time. Secondly although nothing offensive was really said per say he still managed to make me feel like he thought he was better than me . My last complaint was the product I ordered a tango passion lemonade or something like that but right away I noticed it didn't taste anything like the one I had received just the night before from a Starbucks that actually repects there customers at a different location. It tastes way watered down like he skimped on all the ingredients and he also didn't add sweetner or even ask me like the other places do . oh but one thing he definitely didn't skimp on was the ice which he packed in tight. I got about 3 pulls off if it before it was empty at which point I went for a refill which I have a membership status that should be free he decided to charge me 50 cent for another 3 pulls. Don't even get me started on the food I ordered which was the sausage bacon bisck thing that come with gravy. Well not at this Star bucks it doesn't. Here it get over cooked thrown in a bag then looks like it got stepped on and thrown in your face . With no option for gravy. Need less to say I will not be going back and I encourage everyone to do the same . A owner like this truly doesn't deserve a business that I'm guessing his mommy and daddy bought for him. He certainly didn't get it from hard work .
