Subway

Brought in a cupon today that said good until the 25th and the girl said the cupon was expired and I showed her it was not and she said she would not accept a valid cupon. You can keep sandwich. What makes me mad is I waited in line for a while because the sent their unusable trash to my mail box. Bait and switch or false advertising. Call it what you want. Just dont go to the subway on Abby next to costco

I gave it 5 star because the sandwich was really good, but the service was not good I walked in she was busy making a sandwich, asking can I help you, over and over again, I had said after you are finished making that sandwich then she didn't understand how I wanted my cheese after she heated up the bread until the person behind me told her how I wanted her to warm my bread then put the cheese on the bread and my send sandwich she did not give me the correct bread, I saw that after I left. And another thing there they don't take EBT card for my be sandwich!! I wanted to use but since I was there instead of leaving the made sandwiches, I paid for them..that's why I had her warm my bread actually I didn't have time to go to another subway!!!

Went in for a sandwich at 7:30 they closed at 8. Service person was very rude, said they didn't have what I wanted available... Although I was staring right at it.. I asked for the customer service number or a number I can get ahold of the manager, the girl refused to give it to me said if all you are is going to do is complain... So I walked out and wrote this review... Never ever written one of these in my life.. hopefully never again. Strongly recommend not coming here.... Until they get their employee situation taken care of at least

The new rib sandwich meat quality is on the decline. I enjoyed it the first 2 times I ordered it, but this time, several bites had small bits of bone. I had to spit those bites out. We consumers should not have to do that. The employee found it hard to follow clearly spoken requests for what I wanted on my sandwich. Other than that, she was kind and cooperative.

Covid-19: unsanitary location. Just before we entered, the employee closed the main door wearing food prep gloves. As we contemplated our order, she never changed her gloves or washed her hands, touching the prep table repeatedly while we were deciding. We waited long enough for another girl to come, but she was almost as bad. She pushed a cart in from outside, put on her gloves without washing her hands, helped move some plastic wrapped product that had just come from outside, and then rubbed her hands across the paper meant to hold our sandwich with those same gloves. We left. Even without the pandemic, their standards for health are extremely poor.
