Went here years ago it was nasty . They remodeled ,My wife said she wanted to try again she ordered the big box combo xtra crispy10 bucks with fries breast and two wings what she got was drumstick and wings and rubber fries the chicken was soggy and the smallest chicken I have ever seen fries where cold and rubber and something that was supposed to be a biscuit ! Now we know why they are always empty . If your thinking of going here don't not only have they not improved it's worse. Who ever is working there and managing there does not care save your time and money look at the pic we paid 10$ for that pitiful box. Its nasty!

Very clean and inviting. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is also very inviting and friendly! Very enjoyable experience! A wonderful environment to bring your friends and family!
Also, one of the largest KFC's I have ever been to. Plenty of places to sit, also very large clean bathrooms! By far the BEST KFC I have ever been to!

Friendly staff, but am so disappointed with the last few visits. Not sure what changed, but quality of food certainly is headed downhill: overcooked/old
/reheated chicken, day old biscuits it seems that are hard as rocks, Mac & cheese that is just awful, etc. Maybe it’s a training issue, or a management thing!

Misleading information. First of all, how are you frying the chicken in Kentucky, when we're in Virgina. When you moved to Virgina, you should have changed the name to Virgina fried chicken, because all you're disrespectful to us Virgina folks. Also when I ordered a chicken burger, you people put white stuff all on it. I don't know what you people are doing in the back, but I don't want this white stuff on my sandwich.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I asked for a family meal with no thighs. I even paid extra and still got 3 thighs out of 8 pieces of chicken and the wings were extra small and the French fries were old and cold. I love their cole slaw and in the middle of enjoying that I found plastic and it ruined my appetite. IM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION

Ordered online for pickup with no problem. Got to the store and the staff would not bring order to the designated pick up spot. Told me to use drive thru. Drive thru took 35 minutes. Lobby was locked. Never going back.

They didn't have the chicken that I wanted. Went through drive thru and they forgot my drinks couldn't go inside so would have had to get back in drive-thru and didn't want to wait in that line again. So got charged for drinks I didn't get

I ordered chicken wings A La Cart, if you look at the KFC menu, the picture shows whole chicken wings, original recipe. That's not what I got. This is a picture of the spicy chicken wing pieces they put in my order.
