Ihop

The person who seated us seemed like she was having a bad day (but were all human). When we got there it was fairly busy, the wait staff was very pleasant and attentive given the number of tables they had to juggle at once. I was even offered a to go cup for my drink which was a pleasant surprise since most places I've been to haven't offered. Food was amazing and our waitress was very kind. Everything was reasonably priced. I definitely plan on being back.

I came in with a few friends and the early evening of Sunday we were sat down rapidly and order was accurate and very tasty I had a spinach omelette and my friends had some sweet pancakes. the waiter William was great he was fast and it kept an eye out on the drinks and refilled them. will be back very tasty very fresh oh and everything was clean

Met my family there for brunch. They weren't too busy when we arrived but I was told that we would have to wait for a table. I could very plainly see there there was plenty of empty tables. I was told that they have been short staffed for the last 2 years due to covid etc. The staff that was there were overwhelmed as the restaurant became more and more busy. But these servers did an awesome job of trying to keep up. Was very impressed with the attitude of everyone. Well done IHOP Frederick Md.

Well, my salad was missing the avocado which is what I was really looking forward to. The small amount of diced tomatoes provided didn't even equal to one full slice. The bacon nor the chicken was well done, which I specifically asked for. And my grits were missing cheese and butter which I also asked for. I was given a side of cheese and 3 packets of butter which barely melted because I had to mix it in when it was no longer hot (the drive to my hotel) and I don't use microwaves. He also forgot my coffee that I ordered twice. I received it the third time I asked. I think he was high lol. He also had a lady waiting a good bit for her order while it was sat behind the counter the entire time. She told me that they're always slow at this particular IHOP. It was my first time today and if I'm ever in the area again, forget it lol. The server was very pleasant though!
