My wife loves this place. I like it a lot as well, but I don't think anyone loves it as much as her. Our sandwiches are always great, and our daughter loves the fireman theme. I'm a pretty big fan of the Coke machine that allows you to mix your own flavors. The only issue we've ever had here is a long wait on food after our order, but that's not common.

I had a small Italian and my husband had a medium Steamer. They tasted great! The cashier/order taker was sweet and very helpful. We have eaten here before and we will be back!!

The night crew on Friday was awesome! After about 4 hours of delivering food in Indy, I was heading back to my dorm and knowing that I missed the campus cafeteria hours, decided to stop at Firehouse subs on the way back. Crew was awesome, courteous, polite, and quick! Food was delicious! Definitely made my day!!

This was my first go at firehouse subs because I'm not really a sandwich person, but their hook and ladder sub blew me away. It was so good!! I loved the fire station motif inside, especially the dalmatian print tables. The staff were very helpful and friendly and greeted every single person as soon as they came in.

Order subs to be delivered to a funeral home for the family for the visitation. Not only was the food excellent, the service was outstanding and the compasion was even better. The Franklin store even sent a plant to the funeral home in honor of our family member. Will definitely go there again and recommend them to anyone.

So I am not one that usually leaves reviews but I just felt compelled. I have been to firehouse subs on 5 different occasions and tried 5 different subs and every single one has been delicious. The manager has his team running like a well oiled machine and they get their job done with a smile on their face. From the time you walk in the door to the time your sandwich is dropped off at your table it is all good vibes. It has become a weekly (sometimes twice a week) lunch location for me.

FANTASTIC! I've came to this Firehouse Subs since it first opened and was heartbroken when it closed. Then, once I seen signs for it reopening, I was ecstatic! The food is always delicious no matter what sub you order! I especially love the to-go boxes they put subs in now, it helps keep them toasty and not soggy for the trip back home. I'd especially recommend the Cheddar BBQ Brisket or Meatball. Those seem to be mine and Jeff's favorites!

Very good sub. MUCH better bread than Subway!! Love the decor and the fact that FH Subs donates to local fire departments to help buy equipment so they can better protect the community.
