This is one of the gas stations that feels more like a community than just a building. They have the nicest staff, cleanest facility in Franklin. I feel like customer service means something here and it's not many places like this

Men's restroom needs a deep cleaning

Decided to stop by this gas station and get something to eat with my brother and dad after working. When we walked in a older lady was taking our order. There was some confusion while placing the order. The lady started yelling and started scratching her head if she was very frustrated after i told her that it wasnt the proper way to talk to customers that way she didnt seem to care and said okay. We left and no one in the store said anything. Good food here but very poor service. We left disriminated the way she talked and raised her voice at us.

This store NEVER has paper in the gas machines outside so then I have to walk inside and wait in a line of 5 people for a stupid receipt. To top it all off, the employees are very rude.
