Took my 10 year old son by for a smoothie 25 minutes before closing on a Friday night. The young man behind the counter refused service and simply said they were closed. I looked at my watch and asked if they had hours posted. The young man said no and stared at me. Very disappointed with the way we were treated. Very poor customer service. Lesson for my 10 year old son Do not be that kind of employee. Will be notifying the owner.

HORRIBLE. Every time I’ve tried to go here there is a sign up that says “5 min break”. I waited for 20 minutes today and no one showed. Same happened last time I tried to go here. Will be going to the smoothie king down the block in the future.

I came 20 minutes before closing and no one was there then I saw “Steve” the employee, talking to other people and he noticed i was waiting but kept conversation going, so I waited about 10 mins just for him to come and tell me that he closed
