Fresh to order breakfast burritos all day and a huge menu; what else needs to be said? Of course it's American fast food, but the quality is actually decent and the workers seem to actually care about the food presentation / construction and service quality, which is nice.

Came by there today for the first time. Absolutely NOTHING wrong with our experience, which is unusual for fast food. The service was good/fast, everything was correct, and the food was hot and amazing. Absolutely delicious.

We usually use the SONIC in Sylva. But we had no problems with the one in Franklin. Great Super SONIC Cheeseburgers, I love the Tater tots and Corndogs and the SONIC Breakfast Rollups are absolutely delicious 😋 I love the Online ordering and easy pick up. And I love the Peppermint Candy on top of the drinks. A great way to finish your meal 😋 It's All Good!!

Nice new customer order panels, complete with easy to read summary of items/prices to be confirmed prior to order completion to prevent surprises upon delivery. Food/drink quality always consistently good.

It's Sonic nothing special. This post is just to say how great the service was. The guy working drive through was awesome. I added some stuff at the window and I apologized. This dude said for what, I asked if he needed me to pull up he said heck no. Then said ur the customer and you're my priority now. The people behind u will be fine, they'll be the priority when they get to the window. Just felt like that was cool.

Our first Sonic experience was super positive thanks to Sarah’s outstanding customer service. It was our first time so we change so many times but She was so patient with us giving us recommendations.
The Sneaker bar shake was my favorite shakes among all the ones we order. Like the burgers and breakfast burritos( glad it is serve all day!!!!)
Will definitely go back to Sonic! Thanks Sarah! Bisous from your French friends!
