Drive thru review: I don’t live here but the worker I encountered was really nice and had a good attitude. He gave me some advice on Zaxby’s hottest sauce available (which we both agreed was not hot at all). The chicken fingers were super hot and fresh, but a bit bland without any sauce. The fries were room temperature, but I like the seasoning on it. Wish I could remember the worker’s name, but I appreciated his customer service.

Great chicken sandwiches, chicken Zalads and other chicken dishes along with chicken wings. Of course, as a meal or just the entrée. Wide range of sauces, including atomic - if you like it hot, definitely try the atomic! The grilled chicken is excellent. At the time of this post, the dining room was not open due to staffing issues. ** Update ** June 2022, the dining room is still closed due to staffing. Long wait in the drive thru - wraps around the building. They take your order at the window instead of at the menu location. Food does come out quickly after ordering.

This place got my order slightly wrong and compensated me with a large drink at no cost. Chicken wasn't overcooked like other locations I've visited and this is the BEST Zaxby's I have ever stopped by. Staff is very friendly and understanding, and I hope everyone that served me gets a raise at this location!

Giving this restaurant four stars because of the good service that the manager provided for us. We had a bad order, some cold food that wasn't fresh, and the manager replaced our entire meal. The one BIG complaint that I have is that the floor is constantly slick in this restaurant and there's a weird smell when you come in the front door. The slick floor really bothers me. I've had a hurt knee and back and it really stresses me out to go in and get food at this restaurant. I feel very unsteady when walking on the floow I really wish they would change this.
