Butcher Block

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Eric lastnight. He in incredibly knowledgeable and has a real passion for what he does. He was able to advise me on prep and cooking to get the best from the cuts that I had purchased. His butchery is old school, as mentioned previously, but I loved the appeal of ordering my meat, the meat being handled with care and seeing it wrapped in paper. Eric also has a wonderful frozen food section, these meals are well priced and able to satisfy anyone who is looking for a hearty, home cooked meal. Eric also does brilliant bulk deals and is able to deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. His meat is grass fed, free range and ethically sourced. He also produces the most incredible gluten free pork and chicken sausages. Overall an absolute asset to have in the neighbourhood!

Eric's Butchery is now my new go-to butchery. The quality of meat is incredible. Prices are very good considering meat is Free Range and Hormone free. Eric, is friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to assist. Great find this.
