The bagels are not what they are like in NY. They were tiny and stodgy.

While service is usually a tad slow, we don't get any errors so I am good with it. I guess they just swapped out attendants at the door because the young lady that was there could use a touch more customer service training, she was a bit rude as we drove up and she asked if we had been helped? Like really?

Nice location. Picked up some donuts on the way back from Newport beach. Friendly staff. Clean place. Selection seemed a little limited, but do not care as long as they have Boston creme 😁

The store is much smaller inside than it looks. Donut selection is a bit difficult because they are all on the back wall behind the cashier. Other than that, this place gets five stars for being impeccably clean, having amazing staff and making it super easy to get donuts, coffee and sandwiches at an affordable price. I also love that I don't have to use the drive thru because that looks chaotic.
