Mcdonald's

Visited McDonald's today and thought I would update the review. The dining room for this store was open so we entered and ordered at a kiosk. This wasn't all that unexpected. Unfortunately, I cannot improve my rating. Oh McDonald’s, how far the giant has fallen. Let’s face it we all go to McDs to get consistent fries, consisted food, and a consistent dining room experience across-the-board. We come to McDonald’s because it’s comfortable. But I remember a time when the Big Mac was something special and what I got today was a pathetic excuse for a double cheeseburger with a little sauce on it. I can forgive the dining room experience in a post-covid world but for the Big Mac to have fallen this far is disappointing and definitely not worth the $8.00 for the meal. Maybe I'll have to try the quarter pounder next time.

Would give zero if it was possible as 1 is even too good for this place. Not only are the managers extremely rude, they greet customers while using their Marijuana(couldn't deny the stench) vape pens, curse at them, refuse to give you any names, phone numbers or information when you ask, they had minors that could be visibly noticed as a minor handling hot fry baskets. My food was coated in grease, cold and not even made correctly. When asked if I could return it, I was told no. The kid mopping the floor wreaked of alcohol as if fresh out of a brewery. I've never seen a place so poorly in all my years. How they haven't been shut down is beyond me!

Person greets me by saying "What do you want?" And "ANYTHING ELSE?!" because my small order is just an imposition. Sat in my car in line for 17 minutes to get a hamburger for my dog and some french fries for my kid. French fries weren't received. Went inside, to get the fries. Figured they were understaffed and that was the drive thru problem... But no. As a matter of fact, I counted 5 people in the front laughing, two ppl on fries, a cashier who was literally just staring at his feet and dancing back and forth, and one person on the grill workout their a$$ off. They didn't even have to "take my order" inside. Instead I had to order myself on their machines which are top to bottom full of greasy fingerprints and nobody bothers to clean, apparently for some weeks now. Everyone in there appears to be less than 20, a bunch of high school kids and no professional management in sight.... Except the girl working the back, she was the only one not just standing around and talking.✌️

I went thru drive thru on my break and got macchiatos they were down right disgusting unfortunately and I get these literally every day so I would know 😂 anyway as soon as I got off work I called in to complain the woman manager said she would replace them I gave my name and she gave me a four digit code that she said I had to have to get them replaced so I wrote the code down and the very next day came in to get them replaced with the code and the receipt. The drive thru gal was very rude and then the manager called me a liar that she never spoke to me. She was very loud very rude and darn right unprofessional. Now it did turn out I had called the wrong McDonald's that's on me I apologized but she was still extremely rude. Now I have been in management for over 16 years and I have never treated a customer in that manner even if they were wrong . She did However replace my drinks seeing as how I did have my receipt thankfully but a little courtesy goes a long way!!

I've gone to this location for years, drove right by other McDonalds because they couldn't get orders right half the time, and it was fine. But 3/5/2022 was a different experience. The service was fine, everyone was cordial though not friendly. But the order is the most important part of service. I ordered a 10 piece chicken McNuggets meal and only received 8 nuggets. Sorry guys, prices have hiked and not getting what was ordered is not worth going back to McDonalds for.

I was on my way home from Boy scouts with my wife and 2 boys. We decided to stop by this McDonald's. During a disagreement the employee in the window was upset we wouldn't move forward. He then said "What..Are you going to shoot me." To which my wife and I asked why would you take it there. And he then replied because I feel threatened because I'm a black man.I asked him why he would bring it there. And my wife said I'm hispanic what does that have to do with anything. after alot more arguing we requested the manager. After discussing the situation with the manager, Tyler, he said not being happy with the service wasn't a good reason for a refund, even though we felt uncomfortable with receiving food from them at that point. It wasn't until us involving the police department that we received a refund. I was then banned from that McDonald's location. Even though I never left my seat nor unbuckled my seat belt during the entire time. But my wife and kids it did not apply to. What kind of message does that send my multicultural household.
