Dunkin'

Kitchen is closed because they're out of food. Also out of cheese and cream cheese so no enjoying my bagels, just plain. Guy with color hair doesn't manage customers in order. Had to wait until he finished with the customer behind me to get my coffee poured. The guy didn't cover his mouth as he cough while facing the donut displays as well but no body say it besides the 5 security cameras above him. Really not enjoyed this store, I'll be going out of my way next time to get Dunkin and avoiding this location.

I tend to go to the library quite often and I always pop in to grab a bit. They're friendly but every time I come in hoping that it will be different, they are talking about very inappropriate things. I've stood there multiple times waiting to be served (and I was the only person in line!) for probably 10 minutes. Also the cleanliness behind the counter is disgusting.

We went in around noon and got two iced coffees and a half dozen donuts. The two women behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us at first, but that’s probably because we were trying to figure out what we wanted. We saw a big sign saying that all frozen drinks could not be made because the machine was down, but they had a medium-large standing set up right when you walked to the counter, advertising all of their frozen drinks to offer, which was contradicting. When we decided what half dozen donuts we wanted, the two women continued to talk over us while we were trying to tell them what donuts we wanted from the select few donuts that they had to offer. We asked for a Coffee Roll and the woman said it would be extra so we asked if another kind was extra and she just shrugged and put those in our box. The iced coffee tasted like regular coffee beans and the almond milk I got with it, there was barely any cookie dough flavor throughout the drink.

Terry has horrible costumer service. Went to the counter she didn't even acknowledge me until she felt like she had to. She turned around and kind of yells hello in an unwelcoming and annoyed voice.... my coffee was not made correctly I watched her the entire time it tasted very watered-down she then proceeded to pick her nose with her long pink finger nail and touch Donuts that were for my children and husband very disgusted apparently this place is going to go downhill very quickly it used to be very nice not sure what happened. Maybe management doesn't care.?

Horrible experience. Originally they charged me for larges when we (my wife and I) ordered smalls. When brought to their attention they refunded our money, which was nice, but it then took 45ish minutes to get our first drink and they gave us the wrong flavor for it. They then did not make our second drink order while just standing around behind the counter talking to eachother. After about 5 minutes of waiting my wife went up and asked about getting the correct flavor (she was going to ask when we recieved our 2nd drink) and they apologized and said they would make another. Another 5 min pass without getting ANY drinks, so my wife and I just left.

I've been coming into this Dunkin's a couple of times a week for several months now. It's easily the best service in the Fort Wayne area. The only downsides I've found is occasionally they run out of flavors and in the busiest times the tables/store might be a little cluttered from messy clients. Still it's my first choice for Dunkin in the area!
