Ordered online and when I got there. The staff was super friendly with a big smile on her face. My order was ready to go but not only that the staff made sure I had extra condiments and also gave free hats to all my kiddos. And a bonus the food tastes delicious.

The people that work the drive through are always so nice. It’s like a Chick-Fil-A quality. They always look nice and their uniforms are nice and the food is always good and hot. Very clean as well.

Burger King almost never disappoints me, and this particular location was not an exception. The restaurant was clean, as expected, and the lady who took our order who kind and helpful. We used coupons.

This is the cleanest, nicest BK in all of Fort Myers. I don't mind dining in with my family at this location because of how well taken care of it is! Great job employees! We will be back.

If you know then you know Burger King is a fast food joint. And you obviously don’t come for Michelin star food. You come for the convenience of it being fast food and you want some good burgers and not just Mickey D’s. You’ll get good service and good food here. While at the same time maybe even see a fight or two here or a argument with customers who have no patience. But overall. Good food and workers with a lot of patience. Hence the empty bag of food. Good and convenient. 👍🏽

Great service and food quality compared to other locations. I remember when this one first opened and managers were in there training and everything was 100% on point. It’s not as good as it was then but still fantastic. So I keep visiting this location over the others.

It has been awhile since I have been to Burger King. I was hungry so I decided to stop for breakfast. It was around 10 AM and the place was not too busy. I was greated with a nice smile from Jalitza. I ordered the Eggnormous Burrito meal and the burrito was larger than I thought it was going to be, and it was ready in just a few minutes. I was there for about 30 minutes and there was someone cleaning the restaurant tables and floor the entire time I was there. I will definitely go back.

Staff was a little irritated at first but wanted up to us rather quickly. They were irritated because they were supposed to be closed to dining room guests but someone forgot to lock the door, which we were beyond grateful for because d we were walking, and there was a flooof customers behind us. The food was exceptionally fresh and our service was very fast and correct.
