Target

I went to the guest service counter to check out. I was interested in the red card because I was purchasing some shoes and was hoping to get a discount. They were very nice and helpful. They sell Skechers now for men and women so I was very pleased because I didn't have to go to the cities to get them. The prices were great too plus they were on sale. I recommend Target for sure, awesome store! 😊

Saturday April 2nd - right after opening I went into the Forest Lake store - found the product I needed went to ring out and it rang a different price - I asked for help and Kris front end person said oops it was in wrong spot - isn’t it staff who checks or zones the area before customers shop? Instead of helping a customer who shops and has worked in retail - and price overriding a $10 customer product to make them happy they denied it - funny is I would guess that the store pulls in 200k plus a day $10 at Walmart or other stores- thanks Kris for not making customers happy -

Recently brought a pair of apple AirPods in due to a defect, my goal was to exchange them. First visit they told me they couldn’t return due to the serial number not matching on the headphones themselves to the box. Being very confused I left and went on Apple’s website to do some research. I then discovered apple headphone themselves will never match the box however the charging case always will. I returned another day and informed them as I thought it would be good to know they are checking them incorrectly and attempted the return again. Im currently waiting as the store as manager tells me she need to verify the purchase in there system 5 minutes and counting…I have received no apologie and find the methods extremely odd. They at the end performed the exchange and offered me a $5 gift card however they still didn’t apologies saying they were following store policy.
