Horrible experience with the food(chicken bucket)and with the management. Ordered 10 piece weekend bucket after picking up the order within 5 min we opened the bucket and it was total disappointment the batter on the chicken was falling apart it was too oily and soggy not even close to crispy. I called up the manager to notify about our dish but she thought I am calling her to get a free chicken and offended me saying I won’t give the chicken back rather will give me a free side on my next order. A word to the management not all will complain to get a free food. I was calling to notify about the worst fried chicken I have ever tasted. Mistakes happen but if you are not ready to accept the mistake and rectify it then it is really bad for the business. Loosing one customer today might not be a big deal for franchise but it can be significant over the time.

This place had the BEST Spicy Crispy Chicken Breast and reasonably priced. It was an actual chicken breast and NOT a pre-formed patty from chicken byproducts. Also got a large fry and it was the largest fry container I've seen. In addition, when I got to the bottom of the fries they were still Hot! That's a new one for me. This will definitely be our place to go eat lunch each time we are down in Folsom, CA Greg

One of the best tasting Kentucky Fried Chicken places. Chicken taste really yummy and not stale and usually they have stuff available. I can tell they're usually fry in fresh oil because some other places you can tell they have use old oil and the food is over fried and stale but this is like the best KFC in the whole Sacramento area that I found maybe there are others but I went to several other ones and they're like garbage.

My girlfriend regularly comes to this location and is satisfied with the food. She has never received an incorrect order like some reviewers and she really enjoyed her chicken sandwich. I think the regular recipe breading is a bit salty but we get the extra crispy and that seems a bit more tolerable. We use the GrubHub pickup option (her employer gives out gift cards) and it's always ready when we arrive. I worked at Chester's Chicken in EDH back in the day which I think was the best, but unless you make it yourself, it's hard to get a good fried chicken anymore. Nice to still have KFC around though!
