Wingstop

Was really craving wings and thing Buffalo Wild Wings are overrated. So, I thought I would give it a try. We walked up at 330pm to a locked door and two employees looking at us like we don't exist. Wing Shop?More like Wing Shop For Better Customer Service. Went next door to Habit and had a great burger. Now the door is open and they are wondering why we didnt walk in. 👋✌

Ordered over the phone 45 minutes prior, showed up, my order still wasn't ready and people that just walked in were being served while I had to wait 25 more minutes for my food. 1 tiny dip for a 10 piece isn't enough. Wings and fries were ice cold, the wings had zero meat and mostly bone and were completely bland. Zero flavor. Small amount of fries as well and this place was completely dead, only 3 people were in there and 1 person working. So I'm not sure why I had to wait when I ordered almost an hour before, there was no reason to take so long. No one was there. I support local small businesses but I'm going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on, plus they give Veteran discounts and everything tastes better, and is ready when you get there. Definitely not returning, I saw the reviews and wanted to try it myself and give the benefit of the doubt but the reviews are true.

These are the worst wings I’ve ever had. This place tries super hard to replicate Wingstop, they have the exact same flavors and even the exact same decor. Almost as if the owner got in a dispute with the franchise, closed the franchise, and then reopened the store with all the franchise’s equipment and trademark decor (hmmmm). The wings were terribly prepared, had disgusting knockoff seasoning and was served on a cheap thin styrofoam plate. I can literally cook better wings at home, don’t go here

I wanted to give this place a try because I was really craving some “Wing Stop,” when I went in it was kind of a weird setting, seemed like wing stops old tables where still there and the walls where the same when wing stop had been operating the location. I asked the guy if it was any thing like wing stop and he claimed “We are better than wing stop.” I was happy to try these wings at this point, but unfortunately to my discovery I found out that the wings are actually terrible. Weird textured meat, I definitely don’t recommend eating here. Also the guy behind the counter who I figure is the owner was pretty rude throughout the course of my experience here.

This business is probably not what you think it is. WingShop opened in the same location WingStop used to be in. And they have a product that tastes nothing like WingStop. You're probably not going to like it, and I'm pretty sure their entire business model is based on making people think they're at a WingStop.

Customer Service is great but, food is decent. Same flavors and WingStop but just missing the punch. Fries portion is smaller and things just felt off. This is a different company but not to far off from what it used to be. Suggest things change quick, as soon as Firewings open in Folsom competition is going to be rough.
