Five Guys

This is one of my favorite burger places and normally I would give a higher review but here we go. First the wait time just to order was incredibly long. I'm talking 20 minutes. I always expect to pay $30.00 or more when me and my wife eat here, that's a given. I didn't leave a tip on the receipt and when I received our order the fries were severely lacking. I've eaten at this location a lot and they always give you a lot of fries but the time I don't leave a tip there's barely enough to fill the cup in the bag. Odd huh?

I'm giving two stars simply because my intelligence has been played with and I don't play around with my food...especially when others are making it! I never had a problem with five guys they're food is actually good. This Sunday crew was horrible I understand restaurants get busy but we're as paying customers should get treated as such. I parked at the front and normally they would come to your car and take your order, the guy today just stood there so I decided to do curbside pickup since he never came to the car. I placed my order at 2:11pm I didn't receive my order until 3:00pm. I called the guy over, gave my name, and told him I placed it online and it said 2:18pm it would be ready. Received my ordered it was NOT PRESENTABLE...called in the store explained to the lady my food wasn't accurate it was barely any bacon so she said she would send some out it's no problem but she said it sarcastically. The guy came with two containers of ketchup after he asked me how many i wanted i asked for four(i had two burgers with large fries.)The fries wasn't cooked all the way with a hell of alot of season thrown on them and the bacon was old, cold, and hard! Concluded from all of this I will not be going back!

The five guys in Flowood is always top notch! Everyone is friendly, fast and its so clean and open! The burgers are juicy hot and made to order! We get mushrooms and grilled onion on ours and it is so flavorful. The fries are great hot and they give hugh amounts so we just order one and share with tons left over!

Hey All stop at Five Guys after some shopping having a great day. And the bugers were awesome the frys well very awesome the staff are very friendly outgoing very courteous this is a place that you would like to take your family too and don't forget the desert they have shakes now I had to Cherry shake and it was awesome the wife had the salted caramel the food is just good here come and enjoy happy holidays

Pretty good for a fast food burger. I love how my cheese is always nicely melted and I get it with almost all of the fixins. I absolutely hate getting a burger where the cheese isn't melted, tells me it's not hot and greasy enough. If you got my cheese nicely melted on a burger, I'm almost sold haha.
