Dunkin'

Very clean lobby. Inside was not busy at all, but my two coffee’s took longer than expected. Order ended up being wrong and had to wait about 30 sec longer for the correct one. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush. Fresh donuts and delicious coffee! I heard one employee telling drive thru customers, “Thank you for your patience.” I love to hear people acknowledge any delays.

I have really been enjoying their new midnight coffee blend at Dunkin' donuts. When I asked the counter if they had any available they told me that they would Brew me a fresh pot. Now that is service! Very tasty blend especially with the salted caramel flavoring. I like being able to taste my coffee through the cream. Great location.

Horrible. Just left this place too. First they didn’t have egg for any sandwich, they didn’t have a coffee my husband wanted. When we got to the window i had asked to see if i can have the sandwich i wanted without egg since they didn’t have but apparently they’re not allowed to do that. I had asked for another sandwich that didn’t have egg and i was told that all their sandwiches have egg. We got our donuts and coffee…i was given the wrong coffee, and my husband wasn't given his food order. We ended up having to go back inside and my husband told me everyone had a b***face. I get that sometimes sometimes food runs out, but at least post it on the drive thru menu or warn that you’re out of x amount of things before we order. Also, we only ordered 2 coffees and 2 food items…how hard could it be to get everything correct and not missing? 😒😖🙄

Terrible, no good morning, no smiles, acted like it was an effort to serve us. Asked for a water at time of ordering, finally after 5 more times got a glass of water. Order from cashier didn't get to breakfast person and after standing there awhile, grill person said are you waiting fir something and the. Wanted to see our receipt before doing order. What??? Another person just kept saying I can't wait till 10:00 and I'm out of here. Customers do not need to hear that.

Two black evening female workers are terrible. Gave wrong doughnuts and wrong drink while not offering a refund for the price difference. Also charged for almond milk but didn’t put any in the drink.Didn’t wear gloves because I can taste the cheap perfume on the cup. Then came to the Window giggling like it’s funny. This is how incidence happen and the workers want to play victim.
