Absolutely terrible everytime. There's only ever one person. Up front working who doesn't smile say thank you or anything and they are crazy slow. This location as well as the fenton rd location are the worst. I don't know if it's the management or the company itself but over the past year I'd say it's gone way down hill. I have made a complaint about a tiny salad that I paid $8 for and never received a call back or any compensation.
