Panera

While yes it is a Panera, its decent food for an extremely high price tag. While the food is good it does cost a ton and doesn't seem to have the same freshness they pride themselves on. The place itself is quite a nice place and a good place to study or do some work it can get a bit loud. Unfortunately I saw them cut open a bag into a cup, its was my mac and cheese I can only assume everything is bagged and heated up which is disappointing for the price tag. I used to be able to eat an entire loaf of bread from here recently the price I got with my meal was borderline stale.

I ordered a coffee & they were out. I had to wait for them to bring out another canister of coffee. When they brought a fresh canister of coffee, the coffee was not hot... it was only warm! The service was very slow while I also had to wait for someone to come out of the back room to take my initial order...10 minutes!

The erratic, incompetent nature of this store is astounding. Patronizing the store for a few years, service is at best passable. Miss breakfast by 5 minutes? Tough. Coffee urns continuously empty? Sorry, it'll be 10 or 15 minutes. Not to mention the erratic nature of service hours and ability to process customers. The manager of the store is rude and compounds things by seemingly being incapable of managing the operation.

Disappointed, again. Issues with our rapid pick up: 1. The kids grilled cheese barely had any cheese (photos). 2. They forgot the chicken on the chicken salad. 3. They forgot to include a cup. 4. They didn't include enough forks. The staff is friendly and the manager offered us a refund but we politely declined. If this was the first time I wouldn't post a negative review, but it's been consistently disappointing like this for months now. We enjoy their food and the convience but won't be returning.
