Applebee's

Great service on a holiday (Easter). Our waiter, Danny F, was very friendly and attentive. He went out of his way to help us out and have a great lunch experience. The food was delicious as usual at Applebees and we were very pleased with everything. We will be stopping by whenever we pass by this area again.

Every now and then I am compelled to write a review and this is one of those times. I picked up a chicken and shrimp meal and everything about this meal was exceptional. The chicken was cooked just right. The chicken was moist and flavorful but the salad was even better. That salad couldn't have been any fresher had I fixed it myself. Thanks for caring.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but we had such a bad experience here, I felt it necessary. So what went wrong? Both entrees were overcooked. Ribs were rock hard and steak was ordered Medium, came out well done. Manager was reluctant to remove entrees from the check. Had to battle for what we felt was right. On top of that, our server avoided us the entire time. Never got the drink refills we asked for. We did pay for our son's kids meal which he ate. At least that wasn't overdone. Not sure we will be going back, the last few times here have gotten progressively worse. Shame, it used to be good.

The only reason this rating is getting this many stars is because our server, I believe her name was Reka, was wonderful! Unfortunately the food and drink were horrible. My white peach sangria tasted like pineapple juice in wine and when I order a piece of meat medium rare I expect it to be cooked that way, not well done. My second try I got it medium. Settled for that because I didn't feel like waiting anymore and I was spending some quality time with my grandson. I asked for extra cheese and bacon on my potato. There was hardly anything on it. Not even enough for a fork full. Flavors were not that great either. Service...wonderful! Food...horrible!

This is our local Applebee's. The quality of service and food has been consistently excellent. (We have eaten there several times a year since it opened.) If you want a quick, tasty meal in a friendly atmosphere, this is your Applebee's (from experience, I've found that not all Applebee's match this standard.)

Can't go wrong with half priced appetizers past 10pm. The $1 special drink every month is also a huge plus. Can't go wrong as a place for the boys on a Saturday night on about $10 a person. Staff is fantastic too, gives great tips on what to order and what drinks are worth the bang for their buck. Always come here with friends you need to catch up with.
