Great first time experience! Everything was hot and fresh. The lady that helped me at the drive thru was very pleasant. Will visit again!!

Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option!!!!! Ordered family meal of 8 tenders with 2 large sides and added an additional large side. Also asked for BBQ and Honey. Get home to find only 2 large side that were only half full so basically only one large side given and was completely missing a large side and none of the BBQ or Honey. Kicker was I have called KFC at least 12 times (I know it’s now out of principle) in the past 24 hours and no one answers the phone. I will keep trying until someone answers the phone or when I am in that area make a visit to speak in person with someone. Like I said, it’s now a matter of principle and I’ll play the game and win.

The food was fresh and hot and the order was accurate. That to me as one of the most important things. I would go a little more often but Kentucky Fried Chicken is kind of pricey.

Food is always old or they won't serve you what you ask for. Or tell you due to us closing in 30 min I felt me and my team should not have to cook any more food

My online order was 5 minutes late from my pick up time. They didn't have extra crispy wings to compete my order, fries were cold and greasy and they almost forgot my drink. The chicken also seemed dry. Quality is dropping a LOT.

thank goodness this kfc still has the same friendly staff ..service and wait time is always at a minimum...kfc app is a completely different subject

So I ordered my food and we had to wait about 20 minutes at the window then they gave us cookies and popeye and then they told us to pull forward and waiy and that turned into about 10 more minutes and then they gave us most of our order then they forgot the chicken and that took about another 5 minutes.
