Nando's

I had to use a very Clunky Phone ordering system which took my money and said I had ordered. Then for 20 plus minutes I had to watch customers who had come after me receive their food. I then had to alert the staff myself who were busy cooking about my order. All this for a Huge International Company to save the money of giving someone a Australian to work in Customer Service. If someone was hired to still work in such a role, first off there would be no Software Glitch and would have noticed a Customer waiting far to long for his food.

One of my favourite ones. I visited it for the first time, excellent customer service and food was delicious. I really loved the chicken here. It was different from other nandos. It was Easter so, they gave Easter eggs to my daughter. We were served by May, she was lovely and she had great customer service. It was busy while we were going back but we waited for her to get free so we could leave compliments for her. Will be back soon.
