Dunkin' Donuts

the new manager is ruining everything I loved about this place. they never have change for 20. one person working in morning, with a line out the door. the manager sits in the back while this is happening. she is really slow and ditsy anyway so help from her wouldn't speed things up any. Donna, the previous manager was amazing, and Emily is great. Just took me 15 minutes to get a coffee with only two people in front of me, and nobody got sandwiches three coffees 15 minutes and I got my change in quarters. $6 in quarters

Giving a two star to the employees that actually did something. There was someone in the back that just watched the entire experience. I had a single coffee and they had a whole line of orders. The one in the back saw and did nothing. Its either they dont monitor this place or the staff only chooses when to work. A+ from the two that actually helped me.

this has to be the worst Dunkin donuts in the history of Dunkin donuts again today the store was closed completely it is the third time in the last three weeks that this is happened. I don't understand why they do not hire the right people. I passed to other Dunkin donuts this morning on my way here. I ended up going across the street to Mobil gas station where they had Green Mountain coffee and much friendlier service. Why is this Dunkin donuts treated like the stepchild of the entire company? I noticed no one responds to reviews they are probably embarrassed ofI noticed no one responds to reviews they are probably embarrassed of the store

I am really getting sick of the this Particular Dunkin donuts messing up my order. It seems like everyday they can't get something right. I cannot stand it when I make my order on the go and if they don't have something they substituted without telling me. Today they were out of X-large cups so they gave me a large and didn't bother saying anything when I stood there waiting for the right one they said oh sorry we don't have that size. They substitute an English muffin for a bagel and don't bother telling you. Somebody Does not know how to count hash Browns they always short me one.

I worked hard tonight; I didn't plan dinner; and I thought to myself... I just want a large Dunkin donuts coffee... Plain and simple... Well, they have this contest thing going on...and it's a pull tab on the cup; I got a bagel and cream cheese winner🙌😁🙌 Anyhow, the nice young man behind the counter ask me if I wanted it toasted...that just made me smile... Again !! You know what ....being polite and respectful does mean something to people. The smile on my face...was because I mattered enough for him to think of my needs and wants. So, everyone... lesson learned here... Be a gentleman, and or lady , at all times !! You just don't know how it will effect people. They may decide their experience with you...is something they wanna share with someone else 😋

I was on my way home with my family and we wanted a couple cold drinks since it was a warm day. I stop in and the person working there tells me that they are closed...mind you it was around 8pm and their hours are to 10 pm. This place is usually my go to since the other 2 usually have lines. Kind of upset about that...

Im a big drinker of coffee and so is my friend Nikki...after going here was not bad except that the lid popped of my friends cup when we were Turing back onto route 52..taking her back to her hotel and dumped all over her leather jacket...she was very upset..but maybe just make sure lids are on good next time...everything else was good though
