Worst experience this evening. My iced tea tasted really odd and was the wrong color.
My chicken was dry and hard, like it had been sitting all day.
A side of tiny a$$ mashed potatoes cost $3.39??
Oh and your kfc sauce is just nasty thousand island dressing.
The guy who helped me was really nice but maybe clueless as to anything being wrong. A lot was wrong

I had my order taken by three different people and waited in the drive through for a while this is not acceptable.

The lobby was closed due to low staff. So you had to use the drive through. I am in a semi that doesn't work for me. However, they allowed me to come inside and order. I really appreciated that.

Placed an online order from this store. Drove to the store once I was notified it was ready for pickup only to be meet by an associate telling me the location was closed due to staffing issues. Was also informed I would have to call corporate for a refund. In total wasted 30 min for no food and a promised refund in 48 - 72 hours. Won't ever be back thank you.

This KFC this KFC is infamous for closing 45 minutes to half an hour before posted closing time do note if you do show up within an hour before closing food quality is horrible and so is service something needs to be done about this KFC

yeah idk don't go here, dead bugs on the seat, took 20+ minutes to get a small 2 person order, employees are just kinda walking around or on their phones

If I could I would give it $0 the service was horrible I had a doordash for there the lady came out telling me I would only be waiting for four minutes and as I sat waiting for almost a half hour I watched literally 10 different people go in and out through the drive-thru. I would never recommend this place to anyone.. Not to mention i was over 30 mins late to two different deliveries.. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
