Papa Murphy’s

The staff was very unprofessional and had major attitudes and poor hygiene touching cash registers and then touching my topping with unwashed bare hands. I tried giving some customer feedback to "Chris" big tall guy" responds rudly telling me I did it wrong and no one else has problems removing toppings. They also took my pizza in the backroom for unknown reasons. The staff was trying to make me feel bad for letting them know I was certain I removed the topping on my order and even showed evidence of this on my phone. Unbelievable, I'd recommend anywhere else to eat or atleast another Papa Murphys.

The crew needs a real manager. Just a bunch of kids and half with an unkempt attitude. They have young guy who is very well collected and is the reason I haven't bailed on this location. On top of that the female workers don't wear a hat or hairnet ever and I now have had to double check for hairs since I got a long blonde one on my pizza right as I peeled it open to cook.

Pizza was a good buy. My one concern, when I entered the store I was greeted by, "What do you need?" Maybe it's not a big deal to have customers but it should be. I was told to go find my own order among the stack of pizza's. As I went through the stacks of pizza's to find my order the miserable staff member stood there and watched. Not once did she approach me to help or offer to help it was very weird that a customer would touch all the orders to find the right one. This doesn't seem to be very clean and safe. A little bit of customer service will go a long way. Have a little pride in your store and your job.

I like the pizza, and generally found this particular store to operate well enough. Well that was not the case on my most recent visit. At the time of this review, Papa Murphy's has a $10 Tuesdays deal - large pizzas are $10 on Tuesdays. Cool, right? Last Tuesday they were absolutely slammed. I've never seen it so busy - at least 20 people in the store when I arrived, and more coming in the door continuously. That's not the store's fault. The problem is they were completely unprepared to handle the rush. I ordered online for pickup, and still waited another 45 minutes for the pizzas to be made, and my 2 pizzas were made at entirely different times. Other customers had the same experience. It was disorganized and inefficient. The staff sure seemed to be working hard and trying to get everything done. Just the same - this store, at least, would seem to be in need of additional training for some of it's staff, or re-designing the work flow for peak rush times, or both.
