Disappointed, they filled the carry out orders first before the dine in customers. We waited almost an hour for our food! The kitchen wouldn't fill our orders. Our waitress was awesome for having her hands tied by the kitchen.

Called at 8:32, by the time I made it through their prompts. It was 8:33pm. They do not take pick-up orders after 8:30pm because "it would PROBABLY" take too long. Did they ask what I wanted, no. Did they know? Absolutely not. Are you kidding me? 3 minutes makes a difference. If I walked inside with my sick child, would I be told to leave too?

Come here often because it’s close to our house. Today had first bad experience. Hostess Lexi has a serious attitude problem. She made eye contact with us but didn’t come to seat us. I told her two plus a high chair for the baby. She sat us at a booth and gave me a booster chair. I stayed “he needs a high chair”. She said “no, high chairs can’t sit in a booth”. So I said “ok so then we can’t sit at a booth because HE NEEDS A HIGHCHAIR”. She sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and stomped off without a word. She walked by us with a high chair and grabbed our menus (again without a word) so we followed her. She pulled out a chair and whipped it against the empty table behind it and then plunked down the highchair and stomped off without a word. The tables around us both commented that “don’t worry- she gave us an attitude also but the waitress in this section is really nice”. The table behind her when she was doing this was staring wide eyed at her. She’s a total mess and shouldn’t be working with people. But like I said- first bad experience and my first time with her. Food was delicious as always. Service was a bit slow especially since there were people at only 1 other table. It was a positive experience and no doubt we'll be back.

The service was very poor. Server came to table once and that was to give food. The food was not very good either. Toast was over cooked and didn’t add any butter.

Love the atmosphere! The friendly faces are also good to see! But the foot is where it steals my heart! Fantastic tastes to go with all the rest equals my favorite place to go eat!

This place doesn't deserve a 1 star. Placed my order around 6:30pm through Grubhub. Was supposed to be delivered by no later than 7:11pm. My delivery person sent a text saying she was waiting on the food at 7:08pm. Called Bob Evans on Trenton Ave Findlay, Ohio. Explained everything to the girl, asked if I would like to talk to a manager, I said yes. She put the phone down, I could hear people arguing, about 5 minutes of hear the argument someone hung up the phone. I don't know who the owner of this franchise is. I think it's about time for new management. This place is terrible
