The Honey Baked Ham Company

Terrible customer service. I ordered a ham for pickup. Drove up to sign for pickup orders already paid for on-line. Called to have it brought out to me. I was told they would not bring it to my car (10 feet). They would put it in a box and set it outside the door. When I explained I used a wheel chair, they still refused to bring it to my car. I left without getting my order. I will never order from them again.

First of all the food is amazing! I tend to get sandwiches form this store often for the office and we all love it! I also needed to comment on the service though, it was fantastic. All the ladies in there were so kind and helpful with huge spirit. Even when they were getting busier and I was waiting, there was a customer who came in and called some of the woman a foul name and they just all brushed it off professionally and did not let that bother them and their work. I missed all the girls name but I remember Kira because it was her birthday and full of spirit.
