Just going to leave this here. That's unacceptable. And im glad no one in my family ate the dead fly in our salad. Bread bowls weren't bad though. I can excuse a hair sometimes or whatever. And im not asking for anything for free they just need to tighten up the ship. It makes me wonder how long that salad was sitting out is all.

I pull up to the drive in at 8:02 pm and ordered a bowl of cream of broccoli soup. They are out of baguettes so I asked for bread. They are low on bread and have to save that for people who order sandwiches. I’m a paying customer too. I pull up in line, only one car ahead of me. After 12 min, no soup and the car ahead of me was still sitting there as I pulled onto Silver Lake Parkway…glad I didn’t wait!

I’ve never experienced anything like this. Me and my wife used to come here all the time because we enjoy the food. But they started forgetting items in our bag constantly on delivery orders as well. Our food and drinks are never filled to the top, the bread is always stale, and most of the employees are rude!!

They have about a 75% success rate on custom orders and often forget additions on their menu with sandwiches like if it comes with a pickle. That said, they will happily do special things like you can order pickles, and their quality is ok. Not an amazing Panera, but it does ok.

I am always greeted with a friendly good morning at Panera . The personnel are always, friendly, informative & get right to your order. This place is always very clean & usually busy. Reccomend Panera Bread. Very good Quality of service, food & employees.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered my food, waited at least 5 minutes at the window to pay & get my food. I get home open the bag up to find a half steak and cheese sandwich (ORDERED A FULL ONE) and one salad (ORDERED TWO) and no receipt in the bag to call and tell them what I didn’t receive. Only reason im giving 2 STARS is the customer service at the mic & at the window was ok. Do not recommend eating here! Very pricey, eh tasting food and You don’t get what you pay for🤨

DO NOT EAT HERE. I am lactose intolerant and they always put cheese on my salad. Its not that hard to look at my order and see it says NO CHEESE. staff are always put out about remaking me food

This location has issues. They will be fine for awhile and then out of nowhere you get an inexcusable mess that they expect you to eat. I ordered a Toasted Tuscan Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Below is a picture of their website version along with what I received. In addition to this pathetic sandwich, I reached into the bag and pulled out the bowl which was covered in avocado mess. I am done with this location. Complaining does no good.
