Night shift staff is really nice and professional. We happily enjoyed our meal after watching the movie. Especially the night shift manager who made extra efforts to serve us even at their closing time.

When I went weather I cancel order or waited for a long time to get mine,and no one wanted to pick it up from here,hence, the food get cold 😒

Could use the app with this one. So no points. It was also very busy so had to wait to order and receive food. But that's no real issue. Staff friendly. Food delicious. Daughter gave her plain royale a 9/10

Food is fast food and I do love a bit of burger king but when you pay for food to be told it was put in the bag for it not to be there and then to be called a lair when your not lying and then them ask for you to repay for food that you never received in the first place is not on. Will it stop me from eating there? No but next time I will be opening the bag before I leave to make sure everything is there this time. Rude staff that's for sure.

Staff working 30th Jan 2023 on closing were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and knew what was what with the food. Once again thank you so much to the staff who worked that night, definitely coming back again for service alone (Food was also a 10/10.) Those lovely workers need a raise because God's know their not paid enough to be so wonderful to customers.
