Reviews of Fawkner Pizza

Whoever they have that answers the phone needs to learn some manners and customer service. Pizza was late. Added extras that were never added to the pizza. We ordered coke no sugar and received normal coke. Called up and asked if they could bring the cokes we ordered and told them that there are people here who can’t drink sugar cause of diabetes. Was pretty much told to deal with it and basically hung up on. So some people had drinks with dinner and some didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. I won’t be again.

I work in the food industry so I know how hard it can be but this was ridiculous! Ordered at 10:50 and we got the food at 12:20 it cost $75 for 3 pizzas and 20 nuggets and 2 chips. The pizzas were meant to be large but are barely a medium, they didn't even fit in the box all the food was cold and soggy. They also then said they would come back and take back the food AND give us a refund but they never came. It was a disappointing experience and I definitely won't be buying from this place again. Do better.

I would say if there is a option of ZERO STAR , I would like your pizza rate 0 Costumer service 5/5 Time of preparation 5/5 Quality of pizza 0/5 Old toppings + raw base + very minimal toppings, You guys really don’t know how to make pizza , my all three pizza have same issues I’m sorry I try not to pin point small issues and I never gave bad reviews to any one , but please guys you are playing with human health .

Website says free delivery within 10kms (we are within 7.5kms) for minimum order $15 So, we ordered couple of large pizzas ($27), we got a call from them asking us to cancel the order or pay for delivery and he was advising us - nothing is free in this country. The way he spoke seems like misogynist. This time we were very much disappointed...

They dont trust there valuable customers!. Celebrating my 30th birthday & called the pizza shop for 14 pizzas. I placed my order, said I was happy to pick them up aswell, ask for my price and quoted $160. Before I could say to the guy on the phone do you want my contact details he hung up as the shop was busy! I sent my partner to pick up the pizzas at 7.30 pm. They weren't ready as the guy thought it was a prank call and tried to call my number 3 times and got no answer! My partner checked there caller ID and it wasnt even my mobile number. I had hungry guests at my birthday relying for this pizza to feed them. My partner returned an hour later and the pizzas wernt cooked properly! The pizzas were sloppy and looked like something my 3 year old niece would make! I was absolutely furious not only there under trained and not professional on there phone service skills but then my partner told me it was $180!! For sloppy pizzas!!! Wasn't even compensated for there inconvenience for not trusting a valuable customer! Not even a soft drink or a garlic bread as a form of compensation! They dampened my 30th as it was embarrassing on my end! Will never go back as it looks like they have under trained staff running the pizza shop and will definitely not be giving Fawkner pizza any recommendations to any small functions to make pizzas for, as they can't cope with the work and don't trust their valuable customers! <br/>Very upset and disappointed.
