Pretzelmaker

Dirty, tiny place, physical menu did not match online's menu, unhappy staff, quiet staff, and LOUD. So loud that I can't recommend this place just for that alone, because we couldn't put our order in, being unable to hear the staff. It should be noted that this place is not autistic friendly, as it will likely cause sensory overload due to noise. I would say it's a moderate COVID response, cause there was social distancing, but the place needed to be cleaned much better than it was. As my husband & I left, I was hearing complaints from others, who had managed to receive their food, on portions and lack of quality control. This place needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom to get it back to what the Pretzelmaker used to be.

I have bought a lot of pretzels from this place and I used to work at a pretzelmajer so i know how the pretzels are supposed to be and I must say this place over cooks their pretzels. when I tried to tell the manager about it she literally shushed me away and said she has no time for people like me and I was nice about it not mad at all I was only trying to give some helpful advice. also when I order through Doordash they usually get my order wrong . again the manager did not care. very poor customer service from this location. pretzels are ok but could definitely be better...
