The staff was good and got my husband's coffee right. My complaint is the customer in front of us in the drive-thru who decided to order several (at least 10 but almost definitely more) with separate printed receipts which took nearly 20 minutes at the window, causing a huge backup. When we got to the window and asked why they weren't told to go inside, the employee stated they weren't allowed to tell the customer that. There should be a policy that states if you have a very lsrge order, or one that i for multiple gift cards, you must come into the store.

I don't understand why the same order always tastes different! A large hot 5 & 5 should taste the same day or night monday or Friday but it doesn't. Also $3 is ridiculous but times that by 4 $12-$15 a day I'm not paying for your attitude! Don't like your jobs get a new one!

Not surprised at all of the complaints this place
has. just moved near by and this place has now become my new dunkin donuts unfortunately. they can be really rude. I have even been denied coffee just cause the girl didn't feel like my big order. She claimed that they were short staffed. there is a good young kid that does his best and there's an older woman that's great sweet and very polite that do a great job. there both on the night shift there great. The other shifts take there sweet time make a mess of your orders because they can careless and there rude. 3rd shifts great.

It is often busy and can be slow. But the people that work there are really nice and it makes it that much better. Nice going to a place where they remember who you are.

I used to go everyday. One a day for as long as I can remember. However had to do a change for health purposes so I rarely get my coffee. Got one today and still delicious.

How does this dunkin run out of donuts everyday. And one of the workers that works at night with glasses is soooo unprofesional that when the customer in front of me in drive thru pulled away from speaker that she was making fun of the customer and mimicking the customer not realizing the mic was on. With her orders it's always messed up. I asked if they donuts and she rudely said no.
