Subway

I normally go to the Collinsville location because they are always friendly and the place was clean. Today I made the mistake of going to the Fairview Hgts. location. I ordered the club with bacon. One of the owners (I believe) started my order. He did the bread, meat, and cheese. It then was passed down to the girl. Her and I noticed at the same time long black hairs were coming from the sandwich. She started making a new sandwich before I could say anything. The manager looked confused at why I was getting a new sandwich. The girl told him. He had to think about what to do with the sandwich before he threw it in the trash. The two girls that were behind the counter acted like they hated working there. No smiles, no apologies, no nothing. Never again will I go there.

Place was nice and clean the service bar was nice and clean but the older lady that was in there seemed like she was mad at the world should have been a front service should have been in the back preparing food because she look like she didn't need to be at work other than that she scared me so bad I forgot to ask for sauce on my sandwich

The food was fine. It’s Subway. However, the lazy kids working at Subway on 02 July at 2pm should get a wake up call from their manager. I ordered online, chose curbside, chips, and drinks. I get to the restaurant and click “I’m here”. I wait. I click “I’m here” again. I wait. Finally I decide to walk in and see two young kids on their phones, so I ask about my order. “Oh, it’s over there” she said. “We didn’t pack your chips or drinks”. I see the receipt says curbside. I’m not one to chew out lazy people, so I grabbed my chips, poured my drinks and picked up my not so fresh now sandwiches and left. I guess their phones were too important to bring the food out to the car like I had requested.
