Ruby Tuesday

We had an enjoyable time at this Ruby Tuesdays. The service was quick, the food was great, and the restaurant was clean. We each ordered a different hand-crafted burger and a different type of lemonade. The order came out in a reasonable amount of time and we were all thoroughly satisfied with each of our meals. The portion size might seem a bit smaller compared to other restaurants, but it's still enough to fill us up. I would recommend this Ruby Tuesdays location

If I wasn't so hungry I would not have eaten the whole thing, the whole bottom bun was burnt And I just couldn't finish the nasty taste of the burnt bun, also the fries were stuck to the bottom of the paper in the basket. There was an issue with our server looking at our table,with plates on it and walking bye and not doing a thing about it so we had a pile a plates by the end of the night, glad I don't live near here, never retuning.

I would honestly give the service 4 stars. They were nice, polite, and good about getting the order right and keeping the drinks full. The food was a 2 at best. Maybe it was a slow night (maybe only 4 other tables total) so they didn't keep the salad bar fully stocked.... they were out of at least 3 or 4 things we tried to order and the good we got wasn't very good... except for my daughters butter noodles. But both steaks weren't cooked right (which wasn't a big deal for us... just mentioning it for those that it would matter to) and the veggies were cold... and even the mashed potatoes didn't taste very good. Just a little disappointing.... especially since I've always been a fan. Don't know that I can convince my family to give it another try any time soon. I'm hopeful it was just this one time because usually it's very good.

Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. As for service and food not so good. Took over an hour to get our food. Sat in the warmer for a long time everything was dried out. One of our plates never came to the table. Had to get our own drinks from the bar as they sat there for 30 mins. Endless garden bar was good but ran out of plates and stayed out for at least 10 min. Only giving 2 stars cause the waitress was nice. More than likely will not return to this establishment

I went one time and never went back. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was awesome and it smelled AMAZING! I was with coworkers on our lunch break. Everyone gets their food perfectly prepared to their liking except me. Glad they had the bottomless fries cause thats all I got to eat. The burger was extremely rare and I had asked for well done due to me being pregnant. So I sent it back. Everyone was packed up and ready to go and I was brought out ANOTHER RARE BURGER. Cooks do not care and I will not be going back.
