Starbucks

I honestly have nothing bad to say about the Starbucks other than the parking lot is a little small and crazy, but that’s everywhere I block like turnpike. I usually just park in the parking lot of Old Navy and walk over a little bit. The staff year is amazing especially the manager and the staff that has been there for years. They know me by face and they know my white coffee by name. It’s very surprising to me that there would be such a passionate workers there especially at such a large conglomerate. They do a great job of making it feel like a small boutique coffee shop through their personal connections with people. They also work extremely hats because this location is always extremely busy but I never have to wait too long for a coffee. Keep up the great work!

I placed a mobile order and waited 25 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer, as I had an appointment to get to. I asked the cashier if he could just put the money back on my card and the manager, who was standing next to him, yelled “give her back her money! She doesn’t want to wait”. Then as I turned around to leave the cashier said “make sure you don’t make this drink” and the manager replied, “we already made it, she doesn’t want to wait.” Mind you, she was yelling this in front of a store full of people, like I was the one that did something wrong. Very professional. Now, if my drink was already made, why was I standing there for 25 minutes? Gee, I don’t know, but maybe you should have given me my drink instead of ridiculing me in front of a bunch of people. And I never said I didn’t want to wait, I said I couldn’t because I had to get to an appointment. Bad management.
